1. All Sales Are Final: Once a purchase has been made and payment has been processed, it is considered final. We do not offer refunds, exchanges, or returns for any reason, including but not limited to personal taste, allergies, or preferences.

 

2. Product Variations: Our gift boxes may contain various items, such as gourmet foods, beverages, and other perishable and non-perishable goods. We make every effort to maintain consistency in our products; however, there may be occasional variations in product brands, flavors, or packaging due to availability or seasonal changes. Such variations do not warrant a refund.

 

3. Customization and Personalization: We offer customization options to suit specific preferences or occasions. As a result, we rely on accurate and detailed information provided by the customer during the ordering process. We cannot be held responsible for errors or omissions made by the customer in the customization instructions. Please double-check all details before finalizing your purchase.

 

4. Damaged or Defective Products: In the unlikely event that your gift box arrives damaged or with a defective item, please contact us within 72 hours of receipt. We will assess the situation and, at our discretion, provide a replacement for the damaged item(s) or offer a store credit. We reserve the right to refuse a replacement or credit if the damage is a result of mishandling or negligence after delivery.

 

5. Delivery Issues: We partner with reliable shipping carriers to ensure the safe and timely delivery of our gift boxes. However, we cannot be held responsible for delays, failed deliveries, or any other issues arising from the shipping process. Once the package leaves our premises, it is the responsibility of the carrier. We recommend providing accurate recipient information and tracking the shipment to anticipate any potential delivery issues.

 

6. Cancellations and Order Modifications: Due to the customized nature of our products and our commitment to fast order processing, cancellations or modifications to an order are generally not possible once payment has been processed. If you need to make changes to your order, please contact us as soon as possible, and we will do our best to accommodate your request; however, we cannot guarantee it.
